- Xaver extratropical cyclone in 2013;
- storms in August 2017;
- Xaver extratropical cyclone in 2017.
We are comprehensively implementing insurance schemes for power generators, covering both the construction phase and the operating phase. We provide insurance with respect to fortuitous events resulting in both damage to the insured property and indirect losses in the form of lost profits.
We provide services for:
- power plants, including hydro and wind power plants;
- heat and power plants;
- municipal thermal power companies;
- power distributors;
- power sellers;
- undertakings for specialised services for the power sector.
We participated, inter alia, in:
- consolidation of insurance programmes in the largest energy groups operating in Poland;
- implementation of the insurance integration process in connection with the process of takeover of power assets of the western European energy group by a Polish entity;
- insurance of construction of the largest power units with a capacity of approximately 1,000 MW;
- implementation of internal procedures related to increased risk retention in the organisation;
- implementing projects related to risk transfer to external entities: suppliers and contractors.
