The rapid development of Polish industry, new investments, research, and innovation are a major challenge for an advisor whose task is to properly identify the risks of their Client’s business and secure against them. We have been accompanying Clients in this sector since the beginning of Nord Partner operations, i.e. for over 24 years now, through good and bad economical situations that determine the policy of companies. Nord Partner Sp. z o.o. provides services for many branches of industry.
The actions we are taking are aimed at securing both the assets held by businesses and their liabilities, and in particular the liabilities that may arise from damage caused to a third party, including consumers. An important element of insurance schemes is also safeguarding against indirect losses resulting from fortuitous events, which allows to cover fixed costs and lost profits as a result of discontinuation or limitation of the scale of production after damage has been incurred. Apart from the basic risks, the insurance scheme we are preparing includes a number of additional risks related to, for example: trade credit, security of supply chains, including property insurance in domestic transport, international transport, insurance of costs related to product interference, etc.
Examples of implementation:
- Implementation of the insurance scheme for one of the largest chemical groups in Europe covering identified operational risks, including indirect damages related to possible fortuitous events;
- Conducting a long-term insurance policy in one of the largest Polish food producing capital groups;
- Handling insurance processes of one of the largest meat industry companies, including in particular the risks associated with meat exports to the European Union as well as outside the EU;
- Identification of risks and preparation of a comprehensive insurance scheme for one of the largest feed producers in the country.
- Implementation of the insurance and protection against risks scheme, including those located outside the territory of the Republic of Poland for one of the leading capital groups dealing, inter alia, with the production of construction technologies.
