About the project

We are very pleased to invite you to participate in the Nord Partner internship project and gain valuable experience in many areas related to work on the insurance market. The basic internship may last between three months and one year.

Internship programme

As part of an internship programme

 

The intern will receive the following:

  • remuneration for performed work;
  • flexible working hours to attend classes, adapted to the curriculum of their tertiary school;
  • a clear schedule for the acquisition of individual competences;
  • chance to take part in additional lectures and workshops conducted during the business day by insurance specialists;

 

The intern will do the following: 

  • perform specific activities of a broker’s assistant closely related to the knowledge acquired during internship courses;
  • prepare materials (presentations, analyses) related to workshop activities and summarising knowledge areas;
  • participate in the organisation of subsequent editions of the Insurance Academy;
  • at later stages of the internship, take an active part in the Client service of the Nord Partner branch in which the internship takes place;

 

Expected results of the internship

  • the intern obtains specific competencies to gain an advantage when looking for work on the insurance market;
  • the intern obtains various experience in the field of brokerage, knowledge of insurance products, negotiations, Client service, sales and many others;
  • the intern will be prepared for the brokerage exam conducted by the KNF Board;
  • the best interns can count on continuous work with attractive remuneration.
