For many years now, together with our Clients, we have been conducting proceedings for the purchase of insurance services based on public procurement regulations.
We are one of the few brokerage companies that with over four hundred proceedings under our belt conducted under the Public Procurement Act and Procurement Law.
Our activities in this area include, in particular:
- preparation and submission for approval by the Head of the Contracting Authority of the following:
- contract value estimation document,
- draft tender specification, including the definition of the conditions for the Contractor’s participation in the procedure, the criteria for the evaluation of tenders, and the subject matter of the procedure,
- draft of other documents required for a given procedure, inter alia: invitations to participate in the procedure, invitations to tender, invitations to negotiate or quote a price,
- notice required for the public procurement procedure concerned and the value of the contract.
2. conduct of a public procurement procedure, in particular:
- providing explanations on the content of the tender specification,
- negotiating with contractors where the procedure for awarding the contract has been chosen through negotiations with the announcement or negotiations without publication,
- opening requests to participate in the procedure in the case of selection of the procedure: restricted tender procedure and negotiations with announcement,
- assess the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure for economic operators on the basis of evidence and declarations submitted by the Contractors and request the Contracting Director to exclude economic operators if the Contractor fails to meet the conditions for participation in the procedure,
- opening bids,
- request the contracting director to reject the tender in cases provided for in the Act,
- evaluation of tenders not subject to rejection,
- preparing a proposal to select the most advantageous bid or requesting cancellation of the procedure,
- acceptance and analysis of protests and preparation of a draft response to a protest.
